About Me

After receiving a Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia (link to www.virginia.edu), I went on to obtain a Masters degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University (link to www.ewu.edu) in 2002.  Since that time, I have been employed as a therapist at the Sexual Assault Resource Agency in Charlottesville, Virginia; the Shelter for Help in Emergency (www.shelterforhelpinemergency.org) in Charlottesville, Virginia and at S-O-S of Madison Center in South Bend, Indiana. 

I am married and the mother of two boys.  I live with my family in South Bend, Indiana. 

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and current member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

I am also a current member of the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) and of the American Group Psychotherapy Association (AGPA). 

I am a former member of the South Bend Chapter of Holistic Moms Network. 

I am constantly attending trainings, conferences and workshops to remain current on therapy trends and improve my skills as a therapist.
