In a safe and supportive environment, I will gently guide you to acknowledge difficult emotions, heal from the past and listen to the inner voice that will lead you to your best self.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy and utilize it as a highly effective therapy method within my model of talk therapy.
I am available 10-5, Monday-Friday and evening hours by appointment.
Please note that my practice is not a crisis facility and I do not have 24-hour coverage for crisis management. I refer to the local hospital ER and mental health crisis centers as needed in these situations.
